We have covered several ends of game challenges that Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has to offer with The Academy Ace Tournament being one of them. It’s one of the biggest challenges you can participate in the Paldea world. This how to win The Academy Ace Tournament guide will tell you all you need to know to beat this high-level tournament.
In this competition you won’t encounter the typical tournaments you were used to seeing. They won’t be centred around one single type of Pokémon. Instead, you should expect to fight high level teams with diverse types of Pokémon, and it can prove to be quite difficult.
How to Unlock The Academy Ace Tournament
In order to unlock The Academy Ace Tournament, first you will have to beat all the eight Gym Leader and collect all eight gym badges as well as beating the Elite Four, this is all part of The Victory Road quest. Once you do all this and finish the game you need to rematch and beat all eight gym leaders. Afterwards you can return to the Academy and the tournament will be unlocked.
To Start the Tournament, you need to speak to Nemona in your dorm, then head to the Entrance Hall and approach her at the desk. Now all you need to do is speak to the attendant once you’re ready to start.
