How to Learn Elvish
Acquire the Woodland Wordsmith’s Tome
- You can obtain the Woodland Wordsmith’s Tome by giving gifts to an elf in Sacred Arbor for three consecutive in-game days.
- Choose an elf, such as Grisha, located in Grisha’s Armory in Sacred Arbor.
- Find gifts the elf likes by hailing and speaking with them, then checking the NPC Logbook in the History section of your Pause Menu. Usually, three Bunch of Flowers will suffice.
Crafting Bunch of Flowers
- Collect the necessary materials: Sunbloom and Moonglow.
- Sunbloom can be found in front of The Arborheart in Sacred Arbor, while Moonglow grows in the nearby Malachite Forest.
- Craft Bunch of Flowers using the following recipes:
- Noonbloom x1, Moonglow x1
- Sunbloom x1, Moonglow x1
- Sunbloom x1, Noonbloom x1
Give Gifts to the Elf
- Approach the chosen elf daily and offer them a gift for three consecutive in-game days.
- Each day, give the elf one Bunch of Flowers or another preferred gift.
- You can use the nearby bench to pass time quickly if needed.
Receive the Woodland Wordsmith’s Tome
- After giving gifts for three days, approach the elf once more on the fourth day.
- The elf will reward you with the Woodland Wordsmith’s Tome.
Learning Elvish
- Use the Woodland Wordsmith’s Tome from your Items Menu.
- This tome will teach your Main Pawn the Woodland Wordsmith specialization.
Utilizing Woodland Wordsmith
- Once learned, your Main Pawn will automatically translate Elvish words, numbers, and spoken language encountered while interacting with elves.
- Alternatively, you can hire a Support Pawn with the Woodland Wordsmith specialization through the Arborheart Riftstone in Sacred Arbor.
