- Talk to Cecile inside the St. Frangelico Cathedral.
2. Start the Stargaze:
- After talking to Cecile, activate the Stargaze inside the St. Frangelico Cathedral Library.

- Look to your left after activating the Stargaze to find the room with Cecile.
4. Speak to Cecile:
- Talk to Cecile, and she will request that you retrieve the Archbishop’s Holy Mark from his quarters.
5. Find the Planetarium Room:
