Everyone knows Meowth from the first generation of pokémon he’s a beloved character that can be found roaming in the region of Paldea in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. However, the Galarian Meowth can’t be found the same way. There’s a special way to get him and this how to get Galarian Meowth guide will tell you exactly how to do this.
How to get Galarian Meowth
To add the Galarian Meowth to your team you will have to participate in a class at Uva Academy. You can enroll in a class by talking to the woman at the front desk of the Entrance Hall at Uva Academy. Unfortunately, you don’t just have to complete one class but instead you’ll have to complete all the Languages classes. This includes six classes, one midterm and one final exam. After you complete all this, you will need to help Mr. Salvatore take care of an injured Pawmi.
How to help Mr. Salvatore
Upon completing all the test and classes go to Mr. Salvatore and form a bond with him. Now follow the steps below.
- Step 1 – Head to the Staff room inside Uva Academy. To do this visit one of the kiosks around the academy.
- Step 2 – Approach Mr. Salvatore and speak with him.
- Step 3 – Head outside to the schoolyard.
- Step 4 – Find Mr. Salvatore in one of the gardens in the area.
- Step 5 – Help the hurt Pawmi by giving him a potion.
- Step 6 – Follow Mr. Salvatore to the Biology Lab. He will speak to you.
- Step 7 – Head back to the Staff room.
- Step 8 – Talk to Mr. Salvatore and decide where Pawmi should go.
- Step 9 – As a thank you he will give you your very own Galarian Meowth.
You will have to evolve Meowth if you wish to use him on your team. You can also evolve him into Perrserker when he reaches level 28. This is a steel type Pokémon.
The Galarian Meowth has the high attack and defence stats from a regular steel type Pokémon. His move pool includes Metal Claw and Metal Sound which are some of his most noticeable features. The only big differences when compared to a regular Meowth is the stat difference and physical appearance.
