How to Get Scarletite
Scarletite is a reward from the fights and quests below:
- Dozmare Hunt Location:
- Unlock the Dozmare (Griffin) hunt during the “Blacksmith’s Blues” side quest, given by August in the Hideaway after completing the “Black Light Burns” main scenario quest.
- The Dozmare (Griffin) is a level 28 B-rank hunt located south of the Caer Norvent River Gate in Sanbreque.
- Teleport to the Lostwing Obelisk and head southeast to find the griffin perched on the stone walls. Approach the wall to trigger the cutscene.
- “A Hill to Die On” Hunt Location:
- Unlock the “A Hill to Die On” hunt during the “Riddle of the Sands” main scenario quest.
- The Fastitocalon is a level 34 B-rank hunt located in the northeastern corner of the Velkroy Desert in Dhalmekia.
- The closest teleport waypoint is the Velkroy Desert obelisk. Make your way there and defeat the Fastitocalon to receive two Scarletite instead of one.
- The Ten of Clubs Hunt Location:
- Unlock the Ten of Clubs hunt after completing the “Fire in the Sky” main scenario quest.
- The Ten of Clubs is a level 35 B-rank hunt located at the Vamare in Dhalmekia.
- The closest waypoint is The Jaw obelisk. Travel through The Jaw and The Sickle to reach the Fields of Corava, then head to the southern ruins to find the Ten of Clubs.
- The Man in Black Hunt Location:
- Unlock the Man in Black (Holy Trumpitour) hunt after starting the “Rekindled Flame” side quest, which is unlocked during the “Cloak and Dagger” main scenario quest.
- The Man in Black (Holy Trumpitour) is a level 36 B-rank hunt located at the end of the cellar passage in Lostwing in Sanbreque.
- Travel to the Lostwing obelisk and descend the ladder in the chapel or go through the door underneath the bridge to reach the underground area. Proceed through the cellar passage to find the Holy Trumpitour.
- Hot Water Side Quest Location
- To unlock the “Hot Water” side quest, complete the “Follow the Crystals” sub quest, which is part of the “Riddle of the Sands” main scenario quest.
- Speak with Xaver at the Baths in Dhalmekia to start the side quest.
- In this side quest, defeat multiple bombs at the marked location on the map.
- Once you have successfully defeated the bombs, return to Xaver to receive Scarletite as a reward.
