Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to unlock the Summoner Archetype in Remnant 2:
- Find the Bloodmoon Altar: Head to Yaesha and explore the second open area, such as the Far Woods or the Forbidden Grove. Look for big, blue markers on the map that indicate the location of the Bloodmoon Altar. These altars are usually locked behind doors that can only be opened after completing a dungeon.
- Acquire the Faded Grimoire: At the Bloodmoon Altar, you’ll find the Faded Grimoire, the essential item needed to unlock the Summoner Archetype. The altar also contains other Summoner-related items, such as the Blade of Gul, trinkets, and the full Archetype-specific armor set.
- Collect Bloodmoon Essence: To purchase items from the Bloodmoon Altar, you’ll need a new currency called Bloodmoon Essence, specific to Yaesha. Bloodmoon Essence drops during a Blood Moon, which can be identified by the crimson skies above Yaesha. Look for purple wisps that randomly appear while exploring Yaesha’s outdoor maps during the Blood Moon. Shoot these wisps to obtain one Bloodmoon Essence each.
