Berries are the form of currency in One Piece Odyssey and like any form of currency Berries are used for buying items in the game. These items can be ingredients, meals, or even accessories. Best Locations to Berry Farm
There are two locations that are the most rewarding when it comes to Berries.
The first one is the New Royal Plateau in Dressrosa. By fighting your way through New Royal Plateau areas of Dressrosa you will be rewarded with over 75000 Berries per fight and this should be an easy task for Luffy as he can quickly slice through all enemies you will come across.
The second one being the Sky Tower in Waford. When you’re done playing the main episode chapters you can take on the Sky Tower. This won’t be as easy as in Dressrosa but you will be rewarded 250000 Berries per encounter.
Fighting
In case you hadn’t noticed by now taking on fights rewards you with several different things with Berries being one of them. The average fight will hand out several thousand berries. But if you want to make a big buck you can challenge more dangerous enemies. Basically, the harder the fight the more the berries. Defeating bosses will reward you with over 30000 berries so keep that in mind when you’re thinking of ways to get more berries.
Nami’s Ability
Nami’s special ability is to track down berries. When you hear her say “Oh, my money!” switch to controlling her and she will highlight a bundle of berries in the proximate area.
Selling your Items
By selling your items such as ingredients or accessories that you don’t need you can make a few extra bucks. You can grind out areas to secure a few extra items before visiting a shop.
Securing Bounties
You will find bounty boards throughout your journey in One Piece Odyssey. You can then accept these bounties and they will show on your map as a small orange wanted poster.
Keep in mind that you won’t get millions of berries as advertised instead you will need a middle man to help you hand in the bounty. This will leave you with around 30000 berries.
