Why Eye-Lashes Enlisted is a side-story you can find in One Piece Odyssey. The anime world is filled with extra quests you can take part in. With that being said, knowing how to complete these side stories can be quite difficult since you won’t get many directions once you start the adventure. This side story will only be available to you once you complete The Truth About Eye-lashes.
Where to Start the Quest
You can find this side-story in Alubarna, as long as you have finished The Truth About Eye-lashes and have reached chapter 3, like we mentioned before. You will need to speak to the NPC next to Eye-lashes in front on the palace at the northern end. In this quest you will need to help motivate Eye-lashes since he joined the Supersonic Duck Squadron following the events of Crocodile and Alabasta. However, he doesn’t really do much. So, you will need to find a perfume and a lotion to enhance Nami and Robin’s beauty to motivate Eye-lashes.
Where to Find the Perfume
There’s a shop in Nanohana that sells perfume called Aroma and Armor. When you get to Nanohana head to the Spice Bean Plaza, then head west of the plaza and there should be a building you can enter on the western path. Go inside and speak to the lady at the front desk about getting the Mixed Perfume.
Where to Find the Lotion
The lotion can be found back in Alubarna. Fast travel back to the city and head north through the two gates. Now go west until you reach the fountain, Lovely Spring. Find a woman with a blue marker and speak with her. She will tell you about a store in the plaza that sells lotion.
Head to the southwest corner of the plaza in front of the Mausoleum and speak with a NPC with a blue marker. Turns out he’s sold out; however, a maid just bought it and shouldn’t be far. Head back to the Palace Square and speak to one of the guards. He will tell you the maid isn’t back yet. There is a woman to the south who mentions a young maid was being taken away by some rough-looking people.
Head to the front gate path and look for a NPC with a blue marker by a set of stairs. Go down the stairs where a cutscene and a battle will begin. Fight your opponents which are two technique-types and a Power-type. Once you defeat them you will be rewarded with the Popular Lotion.
Now return to where Eye-lashes is to complete the side-story.
